 Payment and cancellation policy

Please take note this property has set out their own individual cancellation policy and payment terms. You will be contacted by the property to collect the remaining balance in advance of arrival.

• For apartment bookings of 4 days or less, cancellation is 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• For apartment bookings of 5 days or more, cancellation is 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• All apartment bookings, a 20% deposit is chargeable at time of booking.  On bookings of over 5 days the remaining balance is chargeable 30 days prior to the arrival date. All deposits non-refundable or non-transferrable.
• For group bookings of 4 or more rooms, Bank Holiday's or Festivals dates listed by the hotel, a booking deposit of 20% of the total accommodation price is payable up to 5 days after booking has been made, 30 days prior to arrival, remaining balance is due. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable or non-transferrable.
