Change of plans?
Book with Ease: No Date-Change Fees
We understand that plans can change. Getaways Ireland will not charge a separate administration fee when you move the dates of an eligible hotel booking.
If you are not ready to select new dates, your deposit can be placed on hold for up to six months, subject to the applicable booking conditions. When you are ready to rebook, email our support team and we will help you apply the held deposit towards your new booking.
How to Request a Date Change
Email info@getawaysireland.ie and include:
- Your full name
- Your booking reference
- Your original arrival date
- Your preferred new dates, if known
Date changes remain subject to hotel and room availability. If the new stay costs more than the original booking, you will need to pay the difference. If the hotel applies separate amendment charges or restrictions, these may also apply.
A date change is not the same as a cancellation. Please check the cancellation and amendment conditions attached to your booking before submitting a request.
